Shore View Park

Shore View Sign

Shore View Park is located on Olylmpic View Drive near the intersection with High Street. (GPS: 47°50.012' N 122°21.551' W)

I don't know if Shore View is a Park or not. It's not listed in Edmonds' list of Parks, but the sign says it's a park. In any case, it's a great place to Park and look at Puget Sound.
